1. Agreement to Terms

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with bb69jl. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. You may not allow any other person to access or use your bb69jl account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

5. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

5.2 Account Suspension and Termination

All content on the bb69jl Website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of bb69jl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from bb69jl.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, bb69jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

bb69jl's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to bb69jl in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bb69jl, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; (c) your use or misuse of the Services; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
